When Tanner graduated High School, unsure exactly what he wanted to do, he went to Wake Tech in Raleigh, NC where he attended full time and worked at his mothers business. Always wanting to work with hands and challenge his mind, he started working with his father in 2023 as an apprentice aircraft mechanic working on his OJT for the required training to fulfill the FAA requirements to test for his A&P Certificate. Tanner has primarily worked on the UH60 working alongside licensed mechanics performing PMI's and sheetmetal repairs, as well as Robinson Helicopters and the AS350. In Tanner's off time he is enrolled in a flight school program for his Private Pilots License.

Jose has over 15 years combined in the Colombian Army and Colombian Air Force, all of which working on the UH60. From those experiences he has gained extensive knowledge of the complete maintenance requirements and operations of the Blackhawk. After leaving Colombia he came to the United States and worked for some years at a Commercial Airliner MRO facility where he quickly rose through the ranks.
